Hey There!

I’m Gus and on January 31, 2017 I began a journey to better health. Through my local Christian Radio Station, I joined a program called Rob’s Big Losers, in a hope to find a healthier life.

After the 12 weeks, I had lost 42 lbs and had run a 5K, something I never would have thought possible before.

I’m not at my goal weight yet, but I’m moving towards it and this blog is a way for me to document my journey, and how my Fitness also incorporates other aspects of my life, such as being a Father and living my Faith.
